General conditions
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% prepayment of the total price. Bookings can be made by email, phone or the contact form.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to family.ravnik@gmail.com.
Check-in requires a valid ID card or passport. Times are confirmed in your booking confirmation. Later check-in or earlier check-out may be possible by prior arrangement.
Children and additional beds by prior arrangement. May be subject to an additional fee. Age conditions for free or reduced stays provided upon request.
Tourist tax is not included in the nightly rates above. It is a mandatory charge per person per night, added to the final invoice in accordance with local legislation.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (illness, accident or other force majeure), guests may request special consideration with supporting documentation. Each case is assessed individually.
House rules
Respect the peace and quiet of the property and other guests at all times.
Guests are responsible for the room key and any damage caused during their stay.
Permitted by prior arrangement only. Please inform us when booking.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the rooms or apartments.
The host may terminate a stay if guests do not respect house rules or disturb others.
Personal data is used only for reservation purposes and not shared with third parties except where required by law.
